Frequently Asked Questions

Product & Usage
Who can drink SoSHEL and how should I store it?

SoSHEL products are intended for adults 21+ only. Do not consume if you are pregnant, nursing, have certain medical conditions, or are sensitive to THC. Consult a healthcare professional if you have questions. Store SoSHEL in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For the best taste, chill it in the fridge and serve cold (or over ice). Once opened, it's best enjoyed the same day.

How strong are SoSHEL Drinks?

Each SoSHEL can contains 10 mg of Delta-9 THC, clearly labeled so you know exactly what you're getting. For many consumers, 10 mg delivers a noticeable, balanced experience. If you are new to THC, we recommend drinking half a can and waiting 15 minutes to see how you feel.

How long does it take to feel effects and how long do effects last?

SoSHEL uses nanoemulsified Delta-9 THC, which absorbs more efficiently than traditional edibles. Most people feel effects within 10–20 minutes, with a smoother, more predictable build — no classic edible horror stories. Effects can vary by person, but many people find they last a few hours. Things like your tolerance, whether you've eaten, and how much you drink can change both intensity and duration. If you're new, start with one can and give it time before having more.

Can I taste the THC?

SoSHEL is designed to taste like a bold, fruit-forward beverage—more like a flavored drink than anything "weedy." Most customers don't notice a strong THC taste, though some people may pick up a faint earthy or herbal finish depending on the flavor and how sensitive they are.

How do infused drinks compare to edibles?

SoSHEL is a drinkable option, so the experience can feel different from traditional edibles. Many people find beverages easier to pace because you can sip slowly, while edibles are usually one fixed dose at a time. Both can vary by person, but drinks are often described as feeling a bit more "onset-friendly" compared to some edibles.

What is nano-emulsion?

Nano-emulsion is a way of breaking THC oil into extremely small droplets so it mixes evenly into a drink instead of separating. Smaller droplets can be absorbed more efficiently by the body, which many people describe as a faster or more consistent onset compared to traditional edible formats. It also helps the beverage taste smoother and stay stable over time. Results still vary by person, but the goal is a more predictable drinking experience.

What if I mix it with alcohol?

We don't recommend mixing SoSHEL with alcohol. Combining THC and alcohol can make effects feel stronger and less predictable, and it can increase the chance of nausea, dizziness, anxiety, or impaired judgment. Never drink and drive.

Ingredients, Safety & Dietary
Is it safe and can I drive?

SoSHEL is safe. All of our products are 3rd Party tested to ensure they contain no contaminants and are accurately dosed! Our cans say 10mg, and that's exactly what you're getting. If you feel any psychoactive effects, you should not drive or operate heavy machinery. Always plan ahead and enjoy responsibly.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

If you have dietary restrictions, we recommend reviewing the ingredients and nutrition panel on the product page before ordering. Individual needs vary, so if you're avoiding specific allergens, sweeteners, or additives, it's best to confirm the exact formulation for the flavor you want. When in doubt, contact us and we can help verify whether a product fits your requirements. If you have a medical condition or take medications, it's also a good idea to check with a healthcare professional before using THC products.

What are the ingredients?

SoSHEL's exact ingredients can vary a bit by flavor, so the best source is the ingredients panel or lab tests page. In general, it's a flavored beverage base plus hemp-derived Delta-9 THC, with standard drink ingredients like sweeteners/acids and natural flavoring components.

Legal, Shipping & Business
How is it legal?

The 2018 Farm Bill allows the production of hemp in the United States and no longer includes hemp as a controlled substance. Hemp with a tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) level of 0.3% or less on a dry weight basis is not a controlled substance in the United States. Availability may vary by state or local regulations.

What is Hemp Derived Delta-9?

Delta-9 THC is the primary psychoactive compound found in cannabis. In SoSHEL beverages, our Delta-9 is hemp-derived and federally compliant, offering a smooth, predictable experience when enjoyed responsibly.

Where do you deliver? Can you ship out of state?

Shipping availability depends on your state's rules for hemp-derived Delta-9 THC, and those rules can change. The easiest way to confirm is to enter your shipping address at checkout—if we can ship to you, it will allow you to complete the order; if not, it will block checkout.

What if I get drug tested?

SoSHEL contains Delta-9 THC, and that can lead to a positive drug test because most tests look for THC metabolites rather than the source of the THC. Even though it's hemp-derived, standard workplace and athletic screenings typically don't distinguish between marijuana-derived THC and hemp-derived THC. How long THC stays detectable depends on things like how often you use THC, your metabolism, body composition, hydration, and the type of test being used. If testing is a concern for work, sports, or legal reasons, the safest option is to avoid THC products entirely.

Can I buy it wholesale?

We currently don't offer SoSHEL wholesale. If you're interested, reach out through our contact form with your business name, location, and a quick note about your store or distribution needs and if wholesale becomes available we'll reach out.
