Refund Policy

We strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If you receive any cans that are punctured, leaking, or if there are any missing items in your order, please reach out to us immediately. We will gladly provide a replacement or issue a credit.

Please be aware that dented cans are still safe for consumption and are not eligible for a refund or replacement. SoSHEL does not accept returns or exchanges except in cases where an order is returned due to an incorrect address or damage during shipping.

Damaged Deliveries

If any of your cans arrive damaged, we will:

  • Replace the damaged cans if more than three are affected.

  • Provide a credit for the value of the damaged cans if fewer than three are affected.

Please note that we are unable to replace individual cans if fewer than three are damaged. In such cases, we will offer a future credit instead.

Missing Deliveries

If your delivery is missing, please allow up to 24 hours after the carrier marks the package as "delivered," as it may still be en route. If it has not arrived within this time frame, please contact us, and we will assist you with either a replacement or a full refund.
